Description
Ground Combat is the second installment of our “Combat” trilogy of DVD’s that focus on the art of Indonesian Pencak Silat. As the title suggests, this volume deals with ground fighting and aside from the many ground applications and techniques, each section begins with a specific conditioning component which when practiced diligently will give you power and agility – both very necessary when you find yourself on the ground.
